Best resource video/book for LL

My son is going to start kid pitch this fall and I am looking for the best materials out there for running a little league team. It can be the best books or videos out there for how to teach the LL kids. My son is 8, so I am looking for it to be geared for around that age. Thank you so much for your advice!!!
