I pitch every sunday and I need a good workout routine. I don't know how often I should do cardiovascular workouts and how often I should do weight lifting, and if theres anything else I should do. And I am also curious as to how I should combine my workouts.
have also heared that major legue pitchers lift weights the day they pitch. I want to know if this is true

have also heared that major legue pitchers lift weights the day they pitch. I want to know if this is trueYankee, I would contact Jon Doyle or Maxx. Both are specialist in this area. Doyle was a presentor at our annual clinic and he did a great job. The coaches love his material.
