It was called the "City Series" I found some stuff when I googled Boston + "City Series" + Braves + Red Sox.

Apparently since the move in 53 was approved just before spring training they played a game at Fenway and then one in Milwaukee.

The Boston City Series began as a postseason series in 1905. The Red Sox
won 6 of the seven games played that year. The two clubs also met in a post season series in 1907-The Red Sox won six of the seven games played that year as well(the other game was a tie). After that the two clubs did not meet until 1925 when the series resumed as a pre-season two game series.
This was later changed to three games. Due to Boston's notoriously bad weather in early April, the clubs seldom were able to get in all the games.
The two teams met annually from 1925-1952 with the exception of 1928 when no games were scheduled. When the Braves moved to Milwaukee they continued the pre-season games for 1953-54. The Red Sox dominated the City Series winning 44 games to the Braves 23. Most of this info comes from
an excellent article by Phil Bergen in SABR's book "The Fenway Project",which
also contains results for all the games. Hope this gives you some of the info you are looking for redsoxengland.
