Bat Boy Signed Baseballs??

I have a baseball with all the NY yankee signed by the bat boy. What year? um well Babe Ruth's name is on the ball (forged) so not too sure. I know its signed by the bat boy because its came with papers saying it was unfortunatly i lost it. I was just wondring if these were value'd at anything because i saw a recent auction on Antique RoadShow where the Wife Forged the signatures and went for some money. Ill post pics if needed.
Or if anyone can find me the information about the bat boy signing it .

Probably not much at all. Why? Simple. The sigs are fake. That's like saying that I have a Abner Doubleday stamped baseball. Not worth a nickel in my opinion.

thats what i was thinking but on the show i watched the ball was autographed by 1 of the players wifes and it went for $500
