Once again, Pud Galvin, John Clarkson, and Clark Griffith are among players who accomplished this feat: they pitched a game, hit a HR off opposing pitcher and yielded a HR to the same opposing pitcher.

That is correct. But amongst that group they are the only HoFers to do it.
