It is about Naming Rights but also Preventing It From Being Torn down and then Being Re-built.

the only reason they make truck loads of cash is because its the *cool* place for college kids to go...its surrounded by bars/restaurants...if the urinal was located at 35th & shields how many would go ?..ive been to both wrigley & the Cell...wrigley is inundated with idiots getting drunk whereas the Cell seemed to be filled with people who cared about what was happening on the diamond
