I finally got off my lazy butt and took pics and vids of my son. A640 Canon camera that also takes 30fps videos I think. So how do I post it?
That model camera records in AVI format. You'll need to convert it to GIF format. There are some free AVI to GIF converters out there you can search for. Or you can upload the file to Youtube and I can download it and convert it for you.

Open a message screen. Go to the paper clip above. Click it. Your browser should come up. Find the file - open- then hit upload. Once complete minimize and go back to your message. When you get to the spot where you want to insert hit the paper clip again and find the file.
