during the bottom of the third inning, defense manager didnt call time but yelled out to the outfields to switch. the left field went to right field and the right field to left field. is this concerned a manager talking to a defense player without time out. do we charge a time out to the pitcher.?

Agreed - In our Little League, we can say whatever we want as long as we don't step on the field or delay the game. I am constantly telling my defense to move to the left, right, in, or out. There should be no problem
