playing alot of baseball last year, i received minimal blisters and a few callouses underneath my pinkie in my palm
but this year, barely in preseason...i get like these massive blisters on my thumb and the insides of my palm...
well, i looked at my swing and realized that i tend to get "pinched" alot during my swing..like the skin would get pinched
so...is it because there's too much movement in my hands when i swing? or is it normal to get pinched?...
so ...if you have any suggestions on how to get less hand movements during my swing and how to alleviate blisters..please post :] ty
ps..i'm new here :]

Ty, tough to say without a clip. Blisters are caused by friction, too much pressure or both.

I wish I knew the answer because I had a nasty blister the size of a quarter in my left palm and it ripped off the other night at the cages. just ruined the beginning of my spring training.

Could be a simple as old batting gloves. If you have wrinkles or creases they are no good. They must be tight and tout. :homeplate:
