Hey all,

I run a 16-team fantasy baseball league that's designed for those who are sabremetrically minded, those who are super competitive, and those who follow baseball closely enough to know who to draft in the 26th round and which young up-and-coming players are worth signing to long-term deals. We use component runs/runs created to calculate your team's runs scored/allowed for a given week, then the Pythagorean winning percentage is calculated for your team and your opponent and wins are assigned appropriately. We have one spot open and I want to fill it with a knowledgeable fan who gets into this sort of stuff. More info can be found at our website here:

PS. It's name, "Giambified Fantasy Baseball," has been with the league since it's creation back in like 2000 (though it's changed drastically since that time, and only seasons from 2004 on are listed in our archives - 2004 was when the current incarnation was born). Back then I was a young A's fan enamored with our awesome first baseman, who was my favorite player. With Giambi's link to steroids now discovered, the name has a whole new meaning!
