Looking through a box of cards I came across an '89 Donruss Wallace Johnson card. Instead of having a position next to his name, it says PH. I know I've seen other cards that have the player labeled as a pinch hitter. Can anyone else name any more cards of players with the PH distinction?

Not pinch hitter cards but a couple I've always thought were interesting:
The 1975 Herb Washington cards lists him as Pinch Runner.
The 1965 Yogi Berra cards lists him a Catcher-Coach

Nellie Fox's 1964 Topps card also lists him as a 1B-Coach and Warren Spahn's 1965 Topps card lists him as a Pitcher-Coach.
