Has anyone dealt with whiteyford.com?

I have a 8x10 of Whitey Ford & Bobby Shantz that is currently signed by Mr Shantz. I went on Mr Ford's website and inquired about if it is possible for me to send it to Mr Ford with a fee for him to sign. I sent the email about 2 weeks back. Still no reply. Has anyone dealt with the website before?
