A Cubs Baseball Card Book???

Im really looking for a Team specific book, kind of like a checklist for all cards every made for the Cubs. All I have found is one made by Topps in 1989 for all 1952-88 Topps. Anyone know of anything else?

They're called Surf Books, made in 1988 and 1989. Google 'em. They usually go for around $5 from a big dealer like, say, Larry Fritsch Cards.

I don't think there are any team specific books other than the one you describe, the wonderful "Surf" books.

I thought Beckett issued a Sport Americana team checklist book once upon a time, but that was a good 20 years ago.

Found it, they actually put one out as recently as 1995. You can buy it used thru Amazon:
