The Glovesmith gloves that I have seen are a very nice quality glove. They are extremely stiff, and take some time to break in. They remind me of a paddle glove, because they are so stiff.

well I know but 1/4" isnt a ton of difference is it? lol I mean you wouldnt think a 13" would be much bigger than a 12" in all actuality it is WAY bigger, and no they dont, not in that model anyway, its specifically a outfielders glove.

Then get a different yet smaller one... its not rocket science lol
Just get some model thats 12 1/2.

Did you think I'd have a post w/ out smilies? lol

Yeah smilies in my signature! lol

Actually I lied... I put my shirt then sweatshirt on, then I hit, then I heated up a bowl of rice and made a cheese quesidilla... and had a glass of organic grape juice... don't ask on the mixture of flavors...

Actually... heres your baseball nutrition lessons for the day... my quesidillas had 0 grams of trans fat (no hydrogenated either...) and 100 % organganic. Its better for you that way! Helps for baseball... eat healthy!

If you seriously want a Glovesmith glove, check out www.customglove.com. You can get a custom Glovesmith glove for $149 shipped to your house. I have 3 different Glovesmith gloves and couldn't be happier with the quality and fit of each. If you want a more flexible glove, go for the Oil-Tanned leather, if you want a stiffer, more durable glove, go for the CRS leather. Harder to break in, but well worth it for a glove that will last many seasons.

that glove you like is an outfield pattern,,i really dont think its a great glove for the mound because the web is an outfield design,,you may not have enough support in the top of the glove for grounders...look at the mizuno pro that either smoltz or glavine used or the pedro martinez design would be a nice "hybrid" choice..its almost the same glove that you like but has a leather support on the top of the web.
