Alright so ill be playing Shortstop, Outfield, and Pitcher I was looking for a glovesmith that would fit all of those, currently im looking at one someone has on this site that I want to purchase but its only a 11" would I be able to use it to play outfield? I know i could pitch and play short with it but outfield is my dilema. Is there any pro's that use very small gloves? thanks.

11 1/2" would be a pretty good choice for both SS and P.

You could use it for OF as well, but probably not the best choice. Best option would be two gloves, but I realize that for some that is not an option.

One thing you could do is get a nice infield glove (A2K, Glovesmith, HOH, etc.) and then get a cheaper OF glove like the Rawlings GG. Just an option.

hey great idea I never thought about that lol, I used a 12" nike show series last year to pitch and play OF, ill just use the new 11" glovesmith to play short and pitch, then my 12" for outfield, right on.

You need two gloves. An 11.25 for infield and a 12.5 to 13 for outfield. If you play infield with a big glove the ball will get too deep in the pocket. If you play outfield with a small glove you'll miss balls you should catch.

would my 12" glove be fine for outfield I never had any problems with it last year, and alright I was thinking an 11-11.5 for infield. thanks TG and BallCoach.

I got a 11.75 for pitchers and infield and if my son has to play outfield its large enough

I spent a total of around 200-300 last year on glove and mitt alone. My son is multi positional. I have to make a compromise somewhere
