Has anyone seen results with mph with 6oz ball and a 4oz ball?

Does anyone know a good over/under training program?

Just trying to find more out about this type of training and if it works.

1.5 ounces heavier is not enough of a difference to produce a physiological response from your body.

If you want the best overload training program, go to drmikemarshall.com, just my opinion.

dont go to marshall I would not recommend him, I guess you can see increases in velocity from that much difference or so i've heard I havent gotten the chance to try it but mike marshall will have you throwing around 6lb balls. And wants you to change your mechanics greatly just my 2 cents.

Does anyone know of where to buy a program like this?

jamesh23,

Until you can understand Dr. Mike Marshall's pitching mechanics and philosophies, I suggest that you dont comment. I would love to hear what you think he teaches, and if you can actually understand it. If you actually can, then I apologize for my first sentence.
