My sinker sinks but it does not run while sinking is there anyway for it to do that?

Good advice there! But you must pronate through release, not just after.

Dont mess with the movement you have now. Downward movement is tougher to hit then horizontal movement IMO, and it is harder to teach. Your sinker sounds like it is already on the right track....dont comprimise the natural movement you already have with "early pronation"... Pronation is not why great sinkers sink.

Pronation is not why sinkers sink, correct. They sink because you move the circle of friction on top of the ball, and then the air molecules drive the ball downwards. With all that said, you should def pronate the releases of all your pitches.
