I have said I would like to see the Braves sign him to a contract but it seems like Wren and Bobby are comfortable with what they have right now.

With the bad string of luck the Braves have had with Hampton; I don't think they would want to chance it with Prior as well.

i agree with wren. I think this is a guy that could end up being useful. I mean he shouldn't be that expensive being so injury-prone. However both the NY teams seem to be interested. He would be a good fit for the mets to go along for hernandez, martinez, pelfriey and perez, who i think all spent time on the DL last year.
