when are the yankees going to sign him. hes still a free agent but when is he going to officially resign with the yankees?

Anyone know if there's anything specific holding it up? Seemed like it was a done deal? :confused:

They diud not officially complete it because when he does get officailly signed somebody else ahs to be moved off the 40 man roster exposing them to the Rule V draft. That is over now so the deal could be announced any day now

Why rush it when everything has been agreed to. The last thing Cashman is thinking about now is who's getting taken off the roster. Plus he might have a few plans for some guys on the roster. Overall I think the Yankees are just taking thier time right now with the deals that are all done and not official yet. And when the deal is final we might have A-Rod's explanation on what went on this off-season.
