Season Tickets?

Gday everyone

I am a new poster on this forum, and am looking to relocate to NY in the coming year

As a long time Yankee fan, I would (obviously) love to go to Yankee games, my question is, coming from a completely Alien sporting club system in Australia, how do you go about buying season tickets to the club. Is there a waiting list? How long? How much are they? How much is a membership? Any insight you can give would be greatly appreciated
