Postponed games were not always made up like they are today. Since the advant of the 154 game schedule in 1904, and ignoring strike shortened and war shortened seasons (i.e. 1918, 1919, 1981, 1994, 1995), what is the least number of decisons (wins plus losses) that a team has had in a season?

In 1906 and 1907 the Philadelphia A's only had 145 decisions.

those are the three.
I noticed that the 1907 A's finished only a game behind the Tigers that year. 9 more games certainly could have changed the results that year, especially with three of those missed games against Detroit (and the other six against sub-.500 teams)
Anyone know how many other times where a team that played less then the maximum number of games could have wont he division / league had make-up games been more previlant?

The 1972 Tigers beat the Red Sox in the Eastern division pennant race by going 86-70. The Red Sox went 85-70.
The strike that year took out some of the April games, and they weren't rescheduled. But I'm pretty sure that is the only time in recent history that a team has won a pennant or a division by half a game.
