About 10 years ago I bought all his stuff. I thought he knew his stuff. I almost ruined my arm, and after studying other people's stuff, I decided he was not on track. I believe he has changed some of his thinking over the years, so I don't know what he teaches now.

Dick is very good about getting back to people with questions. I would go to his site and ask him any question you may have.

I have his materials. He's mellowed out a lot compared to what most people say about him (message getting lost due to the messenger). I wouldn't advise buying his materials, because the people on this board have been more helpful and have cost nothing, but I did improve by following some of his materials.
