I just bought it and have used it for a week so far. Has anyone used this program? When will i start seeing results?
Yes, I use it with my 4 boys. We use it in conjunction with some Renegade training dvds. Its a great workout! Extemely hard at first but very satisfied with the results. We've been using it for the last 18 months and I wish we had known about it sooner. I think you're going to have to give it longer than a week to see results.though.
