I met up with a player who had a warm up bat in his hand that weighed 60ounces. He was apx 5ft 11in 200lbs.
Are there warm up bats for younger kids, if so how would you choose one, Is it based on the height or weight and or strength?
He also hand to one arm trainers one heavy and one light. What would the reason be for the two different weights.

Possibly over/under load drills - build strength with the heavy one and work on quickness with the lighter one?
Do "kids" really need a "warm up" bat when the one they swing only weighs 18 oz (just an ordinary everday wood bat would probably work for them)? Or are you talking for HS?
This has been discussed before. Research has shown that the best overload/underload bats for warming up are aproximately 3 ounces heavier or 3 ounces lighter. Anything more or less than that will cause a DECREASE in muscle output.

Anything 15% lighter or heavier will change your mechanics and will not increase power output.
Jon,
I have been using your ab program to get ready for next year.
