Tonight I was throwing and my arm felt great, I COULD throw as hard as I wanted to, without even trying. I could throw confortably without even feeling anything in my arm. When my arm feels good, should I throw hard? Or should I take it down a notch because it is the offseason. It felt like a massage, it didn't hurt. What should I do in this scenario, continue to work it,or throw lighter, because it is the offseason.

Nice easy catch and easy long toss shouldn't hurt as long as the weather is good. Remember: warm up to throw, don't throw to warm up.

Catch with somebody like 25 feet. Good for accuracy and form.
