I'd love to see the Braves break out their 1981-86 uniforms sometime. Or maybe even the pinstripe home uniforms from 1976-78.

I'm a little confused on the Orioles day in San Francisco?
But I would like to see them bust out the Seals jerseys every once in a while to go along with the Gigantes. Also the the Dodgers or Angels wearing Hollywood Stars jerseys.

The Giants bought into and stripped the Orioles franchise in mid-1902.

Browns day in Baltimore
I know they did the first in Seattle last year, and on June 7th, 2003, the Orioles wore Browns uniforms in a game against the Cardinals. Not in Baltimore, but close enough.

What about Colt .45 day in Houston, Americans day in Boston, Highlanders day in the Bronx, Gothams day in San Fran, or Alleghenys in Pittsburgh? :)

I would love to see those 1976-78 pinstripe ones used once in a while. My favorite Braves unis were those from the early 1970's, forever etched in history for all to remember with Aaron's 715th HR trot around the bases.

They've had the 1974 uniforms. :) Those are very nice. But the 1981-86 uniforms haven't been out yet, and I'd love to see them. I don't care if the road uniforms are regarded as ugly; I like them. I also like the Astros' rainbow uniforms from the 1970s. I don't have very good taste. :P

You and I must be on the same wavelength.
While I'm no fan of the 1970's cookie cutters stadiums, I am all about the 1970s softball style uniforms. Enough with the boring road grays, etc. I used to love the light blue that virtually every team used to wear on the road back then. Also, the wilder the uniform the better. The Astros, as you mentioned, or either the Pirates or A's with the 999 combinations that they could use from their uniforms.
I think I need to start a thread on old uniforms.

Sadly, the Mets have ended the season with a retro week (playing like it was 1962).

The Cards and Dodgers should roll out their satins again.
