Who do you think will represent the American League in the World Series this year?

I voted Angels. If they can't do it, I hope Cleveland represents the AL in the World Series. Let the Yankee$ and Red $ox go home, and E$PN cry about it all October long.

At the beginning of the season I picked the Angels over the Cubs in 7, and like Tom Petty I won't back down...now I got to go do something because you don't know it feels to be me...if you get my drift ;):D :waving :silent:

I bounced around on each before settling on the Angels. If you ask me again in 5 minutes I might say the Sox. But the Angels have Lackey and Escobar and while he has had an off year K-Rod more or less as good as Mariano and Papelbon.

I predicted Angels-Brewers in February. I can still at least be half right.

The Angels would have a shot but they are really banged up. Yanks in a runaway.

It's very hard to predict the winner.
I still think - the Red Sox

Yes, all those guys play for the Indians. However, I wouldn't trust any of the relievers with the ball over Mariano, Papelbon, or K-Rod. The Rafael's are good, but those other 3 guys just have better stuff, plain and simple.

Sabathia and Carmona are a great one-two punch for the playoffs, the only team that rivals that are the Angels. A big reason I voted for the tribe in this poll.

Joe Borowski. heh.
Some day, twenty years from now, that name is going to trigger uncontrollable snorts of laughter.

Oh wait.
