This is a no brainer, the Triple Crown Winner, Jake Peavy.

Since the Cy Young Award first year of 1956, 10 times a pitcher has won the Pitching Triple Crown on his league, both 10 times that pitcher won the award, and 9 of them was unanimous, the only exception was Roger Clemens in 1997 (he got 25 out 28 first place votes, 2 were by Randy Johnson and the remaining vote was given to Randy Myers of the Orioles).

Jake Peavy and it shouldn't even be close!
Peavy should win it without any problems. Webb had a very notable scoreless streak for a few weeks, but other than that, Peavy has dominated the NL Cy Young race.

I might understand Webb, because of his consecutive streak, but Smoltz? This is going to be Peavy in a landslide.
