Diet
Stay away from saturated fat and trans fat (they can legally put 0 grams of trans fat per serving if there is .5 or below per. serving. Look for partially hydrogonated (sp) oils, and theirs bad fat). Trans fat if you don't burn off, it goes directly to your abdomins..... its bad.
Avoid high calories... but still eat food.
Getting in shape
Go to the gym, run a couple of miles a day....
You see all of theese nutrisystems or diet pills, but they are bad. Their is no simple solution to losing weight. I know the answer I am giving you is one you may not want to here, but I am correct. Losing weight is not easy. You have to burn something like 2 thousand calories more than you eat. About 2.5 thousand calories burned is one pound, but listen it isn't going to happen all at once. It is going to take some time.
Check out some of the stuff on my website, then feel free to ask questions: www.maxxtraining.com/stp.htm
