I am new to the swing evaluation thing but I see a little bagwell in your swing. Also you seem like a big guy and your relying too much on your upper body strength. I would like to see you shorten your stance a little and get more lower body into it.
Then again I could be completely wrong. I would like to hear from our panel of experts......

Ya, I heard that if you have a longer stance like that (pujols, edmonds) it helps you stay in there longer to see breaking balls better....which I'm atrocious at hitting. Correct me if I'm wrong, though.
btw panel o' experts, keep the jargon to a minimum, just tell me, don't give me the principals behind it. If I understood all that crap I wouldn't need ya'll ;)

Shortening your stance has nothing to do with getting your lower body into it.... you have to simply try to get more lower body, and emphasize exploding with your lower body.
I Like your swing, but I think you could get more (imo) by rotating your body more (See picture below) Look at poc with Albert. Look where his foot is....
Next you swing is too short... you look like a big man, and you shouldn't be hitting for singles..... look at Soriano...... look at his right shoulder.... look how far back it is compared to yours. Obviously you don't want to got too far back (because to much twisting can cause problems).
I have a good trick I learned from Tony Gwynn, but I prefere to keep it a secret....... so hopefully not too many people will here it. What it does is it helps you create seperation with your hips and your bat (or whatever you want to call it). I helps you lead with you hips more, wich I agree with three A's baseball that you should get more core/ lower body into it. What you do is....when you load, you make a little U (Or a hitch, but not as big)with your hands. It's hard to describe without showing you, but guys like..... Carlos Lee, Tony Gwynn, Carlos Delgado, Bobby Abreu, Adrian Gonzalez, Cliff Floyd, Hunter Pence, Rick Ankeil, some of Cal Ripken Jr.'s swings, Barry Bonds, Hank Aaron, Jim Thome, Miguel Cabrera, etc.
Watch the way they load.... try that..... Try thinking backside throw..... Just try thinking about emphasizing the hips, explode them.
Good luck, and show more videos of your swing.

Okay, so I understand the Pujols/feet and the Soriano/shoulder...should it look like the lines I drew?
(btw, I'll come back to re-read the tony qwynn thing again cause I have no idea what you're trying to say)

The swing looks pretty good but it does look like you are lunging. Not a major lunge but slight. Try staying back on the ball and rotating around a stationary axis. I would try holding onto the bat with both hands the entire swing to help achieve this.
