The first swing I took, I didnt use my lower body at all, I was just trying to get the bat on the ball, there were 2 strikes.
What do you guys think?

It looks like you could attack the baseball better with your lower half. you need to make a stronger L with your back leg. try and drive your back knee at the baseball.

looks like a pretty good swing to me, but I didnt use slowmo. One thing I did notice is that the arms and shoulder start a bit ahead of the hips, when it should be the other way around. The front and back legs look great....great position at contact with the front leg stiff and the back in the "L". I think all you need to work on is the sequence and not let the shoulders get ahead of the hips......try and keep the hands back a bit longer and start the swing with the hips turning. Of course you could probably make this comment about 90% of all amateur ballplayers, so don't feel bad :)
