Who are good signers on the Orioles and Yankees?

I was just wondering who the best signers on the Orioles and Yankees are?

I haven't sent to any Orioles, but I've sent to a lot of Yankees. The only ones I've received back are:

Scott Proctor (with Dodgers now)
Chien Ming Wang (ball in english, card in chinese)
Chris Britton (AAA now)
Jorge Posada (sent cards back unsigned but with fan club stuff)
Larry Bowa (always a good signer)

two top signers that i can think of off the top of my head are jay gibbons and brian burres
