Sometimes he kills the ball other he hit dibblers. Lot of the time it's a bouncer in front of the plate. I like to see him hit with more power as his contact % is very high with only 2 K the whole season

Posture, connection and rotation. He disconnects before he begins his swing. He will have problems making good contact at higher levels.
Look at Jim's grip stick and start with that. Then get him to tilt and rotate.
