I'm a fan of HA Dorfman, The Mental Game of Baseball. I've also heard Winning State is good.

Yes. Very Good!

He has a website at www.briancainbaseball.com that you can check out. I have seen him speak a couple of times at clinics and he is outstanding. I highly recommend him and Ken Ravizza.

If you are talking about mental toughness or sports psychology books then I have a couple that I HIGHLY recommend....

First (and in my opinion) is the absolute best sports psychology book is "Mind Gym" by Gary Mack and David Casstevens. Its very entertaining and easy reading with loads of great info and excercises for all sports not just baseball. If this tells you anything I never read anything twice...yet I read this book twice cover to cover and took notes on it the second time around.

The second is a book I'm reading now called "Mental Toughness: Baseball's Winning Edge" by Karl Kuehl. I'm about half way through and definitely recommend it. Its not as entertaining as Mind Gym but goes deeper into the mental game of baseball...which I really enjoy.

There are many others out there that are great but so far these are the best that I've read. If you're a baseball player looking for that mental edge then I definitley recommend these...and in this order too.
