Kansas City Royals - Road Runner Figure

I have a Kansas City Royals road runner cartoon figure. I was hoping someone can give me some information on this little bird.

I'm trying to find out anything. How many were made, value etc.

I tried search, ebay without any luck. I've included a couple pictures below.

Well.. I see a copyright of 1991 on the bottom, which means it was quite possibly a mass-produced stadium give-away? Just a guess. If it were older you might have something there.

I'm not an expert, though, and really don't have a clue on what its value would be. Guessing perhaps a few dollars.

Thanks for your help. I've had this figure for quite a few years and for the life of me can't remember where I got it from. I've had it packed away for years.

I would think there would be something on the internet about this figure but I'm not having any luck tracking it down. Maybe I'm not using the right keywords?
