Does anyone know what happens to a teams signs when they trade away a player. Like there bunt and steal signs.

It doesn't really matter if the player was dealt to a team in the opposite league.
Even if you regularly played against him, I think that wouldn't be the 1st thing on his mind, at least if he was a decent guy.

There isn't that many decent guys when it comes to stealing signs. Two ex-Rockies that are D-Backs now ratted off Walt Wiess about stealing signs for the Rockies. The Rockies and all the teams can't have as many coaches in uniform in the dugout this year and stealing signs is one of the reasons. I think MLB went overboard with Johnny Pesky though.

What's the big deal with stealing signs anyway? It's like cracking a code. When the code is cracked, the cracked code team needs to come up with a new one.

Its not cracking a code when you already know the code.
