I watch alot of Giants games on FSN Bay Area and just wanted to say I honestly think they are the best brodcasting duo of all time. They always go in the crowd and aknowledge the fans and I like that. They are very alive in there, you guys are lucky to have such a great TV brodcast.
PS: I love the "Eliminate Me" thing the crowd does but have bo clue what the point is.

Yes! Someone agrees with me! Kruk and Kuip rule!
And I don't remember how the "Eliminate me" thing started (maybe something as simple as Kruk "eliminating" opposing (read: Hated Dodger) fans, but it's cool.

Haha, it must be nice to have brodcasters that actually support the team they're...brodcasting.

Funny, I have a friend who is a huge Mariners fan and he has NO DOUBT that the M's have the best broadcast team ever. I know, because he raves about them ad-nauseum and makes me sick of it. I have also seen team threads on this forum making the same claim for their hometown announcers. I think unless you've heard every broadcast team in the league, this assessment cannot be made with any degree of validity at all. I do admire your loyalty, though! :clapping

krukow was given one of those electronic board thingies to demonstrate what was going on with the different kinds of shifts on bonds. that's where it started. it was only a natural next step for merryman kruk to scribble outside the lines and venture into the crowd.
krukow scrawled an "sf" over a dodger cap one night - the first ever elimination - and it went from there. fans want their friends eliminated on tv, and kruk is happy to oblige... especially when it is a fan of the hated dodgers.

Well it's the best brodcast I've seen. The Mariners' brodcasts suck, first of all I hate their voices and second of all I don't like ther Mariners, if the Jays weren't around I'd cheer for the Giants but I'm not abandoming my team that easily.

Haha, that's great. I love hearing all the rivalry thats going on in the NL west. Even the Padres are getting in on the age-old Giants/Dodgers rivalry. I wish I was able to see more of these West Coast games.
I actually watched the game last night on the FSN Bay Area feed, Just like Jays Scout (Sportsnet All the way, right buddy?) and I thought they did a good job. FP Santangelo was there, that's news to me.
You Giants fan have it pretty good. I actually like John Miller and he's your radio guy.
