Mike D's 2007 Pawsox/Sea Dogs TTM Project

I'm a big Red Sox fan, and with the Pawtucket Red Sox (AAA) and Portland Sea Dogs (AA) releasing their 2007 Team Sets recently, I decided to send the cards from the sets to try to get signed TTM. So, I bought 3 copies of each set (one to keep, two for TTM) and got started.

For starters, I scanned the 2007 Pawtucket Red Sox Team Set (http://www.baseball-trivia-game.com/sets/07_pawsox/index.htm).

Then I started sending cards out, two per request. I'll use this thread to track what goes out and what comes in.

The Sea Dogs set just arrived in the mail today. I plan to make scans, and then start sending cards out soon.

Ha ha...yeah, that would probably be the coolest autograph I could possibly get from this project, although getting Jacoby Ellsbury is a close second.

I'm not too optimistic about my Buchholz, though...I sent it to Portland when he played there. He then went to Pawtucket, and now Boston. Maybe after the season, all his mail will catch up with him, and if he's in a charitable mood, he'll sign my card.

Nice project you got going on! Eric Crozier was released a few weeks before you send out the cards, so getting his return might be slower than Buchholz.

Dang, and I was pretty adament about checking rosters before sending cards out, too. That's the big risk with sending TTM to minor leaguers...a lot more movement during the year for them than most major leaguers.
