Biggest flaw I see is the catcher is left handed.

Bad angle of camera but when he loads his hands they look like they are out side of the shoulders. also looks like he is opening his front side to soon(which is an attempt to get more power that will lead to problems ) and if you stop the vid in time you can see that both of these moves. This action will pull the ball (when he arm bars.....) If he is a pull hitter down the 3rd baseline and has trouble hitting the outside pitch or when he does hit the outside pitch, it is a weak hit to the right side, if this is what happens, have someone look at these areas first. Cannot tell about his stance because of angle of camera but i did see a straight left arm at point of contact(if he would of hit the ball)
But poor vid to ask questions on. Oh and please take my advice for what its worth free. Just make sure you are keeping the box and which will keep the hands inside the ball.

Angle is fine. Stance width is good. I wouldn't say he's opening too soon. A better description is that he has no separation, his shoulders are rotating with his hips. And that is caused by no load in the back and pelvic muscles.
First and third pitches are fastballs that you couldn't catch up to I'm guessing. First fastball was at the letters and the second at the belt.
You couldn't catch up to those because you are initiating the swing too late. The swing is initiated by the stride. You're picking up your foot to stride too late. By the time your swing has started, the ball is already on you and all you can do is "react" with the upper body. Not giving it enough time to load so that it can separate from the lower body. But this is just an educated guess without seeing the pitcher in view.
As far as lower body/pelvic load, I don't see any. I see you take a small step forward and shoulders rotating with hips. No inward turn turn. To use a term used in pitching, you need to lead with the hips (or left butt cheek) not with the toes.
You do move your hands back towards the catcher in an attempt to load, but it seems like all you're actually doing is "pushing" them back.

In the majors they pay lefties to be batting practice pitchers and then double as Bullpen Catchers. I saw the twins and orioles have left handed catchers come out to warm up the outfielders,

Video cam isnt focused right and light management is poor, "thats why they have manual settings on video cams". The camcorder isnt on sticks "a tripod or monopod" and the footage isnt in slow motion.

Can you explain the loading from the back and pelvis please??

First off, it was a digi cam used for the recording. No tripod cos the person was recording in the stands from the stadium. No slow mo cos I wanted a live footage.

This should be good
Here is loading in the back. Mainly the muscles of the upper back--latts, traps, scaps. More commonly referred to as loading the "scaps", but I prefer to use "back" because the scap is a bone, not a muscle.

Here is pevlic loading. She is not using a stride, but notice how she turns her shoulder and knee in and leads with the butt. There is hip slide, but she has to in order to shift her weight forward onto the front leg. Once the hips start to open, you don't want the hips to slide, only rotating on a stationary axis.

some people are stronger and can get a way with a longer swing. but again there is a poor angle

He is using his hands instead of his hips to initiate the swing, robbing him of a huge amount of power.

I agree with the hands thing. I would really like to see where they start out, are the hands behind the shoulder? I believe in loading but I do feel you can over load and make the swing loopy and longer. I was taught to load hands not going behind the rear shoulder and the hip turn will also dictate the hand position. So do you think turning your hips in to much to load can create a problem? How far to do you turn your body to load? when is loading too much in your eyes?
Not trying to be confrontational just trying to fine what your opinion on how far back to load.
