Didn't know where to put this so her we go. I just learned how to play catcher in baseball, but my teams shin guards are so bad. WE DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO TIGHTEN THEN, so they always come loose. I want to buy my own, so i can laso have them for the pick up games me and my friends are organising. I'm 5'9", and figured out i would need some like a 15"-16.5" so that would be an intermediate /Adult.

bought my son a pair of those, they are nice. http://www.hitrunscore.com/easton-baseball-catchers-leg-guards.html

If you get a chest protector look at the Louisville BCPX TPX Bionc Pulse Catcher's Chest Protector.http://www.hq4sports.com/catchersgear.html

don't get me wrong I bought the easton intermediate set for my son but still he got a trophy bruise right in the solar plexus on a foul tip.

Would not have a clue where to get them up there.

good luck,

oh i have no problem getting hurt, i forgot to hide my arm behind my back at practice, the batter swung, and not even tipped, and smacked me right in the forearm/ no problem. i think i'm gunna buy a mouth guard, cuz 2 catchers on my team got foul tips right in the helmet, gave them a real shaker.

i would need them in black, cuz black goes with any color, and my tems jerseys are black, woth "Orioles" in orange.

It's official, starting in 2008, Wilson is the Official Protective Gear of Major League Baseball. Through constant innovation of ground breaking products and dedication to putting the best equipment on the field, Wilson was the choice of MLB for their catcher's gear. The newest addition to the catcher's gear line, the revolutionary Shock FX catcher's mask 4-Piston design diffuses the energy when a ball impacts the mask, giving players the confidence they need to reach Championship Performance.

what will they think of next.

also problem is i have to juggle around $900 between a $800 bike, which i am buying no doubt, and some baseball equipment, but i could probably make more if i work more often. i mean i work for my dad, and i choose the days i work.

Check up 'All Star" Catchers Equipment... They have awesome shin guards [MLB logos everywhere], light chest protector and light face mask and helmet [with thin bars] ... I paid $700 CAN with a Rawlings HOH glove. Usually when you go to Sporting goods stores you can bargain down when you BUY ALL CATCHERS stuff. I got a free bag for my catchers stuff, neck protector, and wrist bands... Try it, it wont hurt ;)

Pro9 is very reliable, no "flash" equipment. Simple to the eye, and gets the job done. Good equipment for the hardest worker on the field.
