This is kind of a weird question, but here goes...

What is the highest career ERA of anyone who pitched more than two innings in the Majors?

David Moraga pitched 2 2/3 innings in 2000, and his ERA was 40.50. Was there anyone higher than that?

Someone named Lewis (http://www.baseball-reference.com/l/lewis01.shtml) pitched 3 innings in 1890 and gave up 20 earned runs for a 60.00 ERA

Post 1900, Keith Osik pitched 2 innings and gave up 9 runs for a 40.50 ERA. David Moraga pitched 2 2/3 innings and gave up 12 runs for a 40.50 ERA
