Need some help

I'm going into high school and i wanted to try out for my schools baseball team but i haven't played in a 6 years. I was thinking of pitcher but i could also play outfield to but i never was a good hitter and this is one of the small schools nothing big i think were 2a. Just wanted some help on making jv pitcher i already have a good fastball and change-up never been clocked but if i were to guess anywhere from 60-70mph on the fastball

YOur best chance is to get hooked up with a good pitching instructor.

Id say talk to your high school coach and ask him bout it
