I was reading on some agility and speed drills... Came across a detail I could not quite understand. "grapevine" .. ?

A grapevine is a lateral (sideways) movement performed, for example, if you're going to your right, by moving the left foot in front of the right foot on one step, and then the next step is behind the right foot. Kind of like carioca, except alternating in front, and then behind. So it would be like this:

right foot step, left foot in front of right, right foot step, left foot behind the right foot.....and on and on.....hope that makes sense!
