What are good and bad pitching deliveries in the pros to base my own off of?

I like roger clemens myself, But in reality I wish i could get mine like Tim Lincecum or Roy Oswalt. By the way does anyone have videos of Roy Oswalt pitching i couldnt find any on youtube just pm me thanks.

There isn't a cookie cutter approach to pitching. One size does not fit all. The first thing you have to do is find your natural arm slot. Then you need to find a delivery with quality mechanics that matches your slot. Don't try to be the next somebody else. Be the first YOU and be the best YOU possible.
