Got a base hit and scored run in 10th inning to deliver the 3rd straight win for SF. The man is hitting a solid .292. I guess those roids have a lasting effect on Bonds that wasn't happening for the likes of McGwire, Brady, Belle, Giambi and countless others. I'd call it nothing short of a long term miracle! It's a joke really, all the heat he takes and has taken about those roids. Baseball should have a dozen guys breaking impossible lifetime records at this point. McGwire should be in his last season with 800 HRs, Sosa should have 800 and a shot at 900. comedy centrall all this crap about Bonds and the "tainted" record. Get lives naysayers in the media and elsewhere
I agree he's never tested positive for anything but he certainly has not helped the integrity of the game. That counts for something in my book.
Look at OJ. He was found not guilty but people still think he's a murderer. Sometimes perception does become reality unless the person clearly seperates the perception from reality for us which is something OJ or Bonds has not done.

Actually didn't Bonds fail an amphetamines test lkast year
I'm not sure. I would be a little surprised if he did because it doesn't get talked about at all.

So because the others you mention did not do some of the things Bonds did that could mean he never did steroids and if he did so what, others did and are no where near the hitter Bonds is even in his closing years.
Who is Brady, I suppose you mean Brady Anderson, shouldn't even be on the same page as Bonds. Bonds is 100 times the ball player Anderson was, steroids or no steroids, neither are Giambi or all or nothing Mark McGwire the talent that Barry is. Comparing these guys to Bonds is a waste. Bonds steroids or no steroids was one of the best ever. All the steroids in the world wouldn't bring those guys on to the level of Barry Bonds.
Albert Belle what a talent and what a waste of talent. All kinds of personal problems, the list too long to even put up. In the end it was a degenerative condition in his hip that put him out of the game.
So if I get your point why can't some others that supposedly used steroids do what Bonds has continued to do. Because he was a far better ball player than all the rest with or with no steroids thats why, Belle lots of potential but we will never know what might have been.
There have been lots of pitchers known to throw illegal pitches but where are they, what are their numbers. The two we hear the most of are Whitey Ford and Gaylord Perry. Some guys , hitters and pitchers can break all the rules and still be just average players.
That does not excuse those who did cheat and put up great numbers. It's like your saying don't hold anything against the rule breakers that benefit from rule breaking because others who are not record breakers or just average also cheated.

OJ is a murderer. He got a bunch of slick lawyers to get him out of it in a state where the chances of getting 12 people, whom are not softballs, onto a jury is nil. Go take a walk around any penal institution and tell me how many rich people you see inside? And how could Bonds test positive for something when MLB wasn't even testing, or testing without penalty, when he was using the stuff?http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/eticket/story?page=steroids&num=1

I guess some people need a house to fall on their head to figure out what time it is.

Be that as it may, it's not any more a story than anyone else scoring the winning run.
