Miggy's streak is over... His wrist was fractured when he was hit by a pitch.

Looks like Cal's streak is safe for MANY more years to come.

Damn that sucks. Even though if he wore to break it he would have had to play till 2016. Wow, thats amazing. 5th all time is pretty impressive though.

My sympathy to Tejada. This just shows you how impressive Cal's streak was (and how lucky he was as well). Hope he gets back soon, and he can start that streak all over again!
