We all know that Bonds has the most home runs over 1 season (73) and most probably know that McGwire has the most over 2 consecutive seasons (135). But who has the most over all spans of consecutive seasons?

The most HR in five seasons would also have to be McGwire, with 294 (he barely edged out Sosa, who had 292 over a similar number of seasons).
The most I have McGwire over and 5 years is 284. The answer for 5 that I was looking for was Sosa at 292 (1998-2002). Can you check your math or let me know which years you are looking at?

I apologize, I misread the concept that the seasons had to be consecutive. I think Sosa is the correct answer for #5 all the way through #10.
