I know it's only June, but my Detroit Tigers haven't thrown a CG this year (although Bonderman did go 9 innings in a 10 inning game for whatever that's worth). Leyland doesn't seem to be a big fan of leaving starters in there long (even with last year's staff they only had 3 all year).
Has a team ever gone an entire season without a single CG?

2003 Astros
1995 Rockies

I used the streak finders on baseball-reference.com (which go back to 1957 but I doubt anything before 1957 would be relevant here since CGs were very common back then).
After going team by team, the following teams have put together a streak of 162+ games (longest streak in ()'s):
Devil Rays (194)
Orioles (184)
Twins (175 ....streak ended yesterday. Silva had an 8 inning CG and lost @OAK)
Pirates (170)
Yankees (168)
All of those streaks were split between multiple seasons where each season had at least 1 CG. I don't subscribe to baseball-reference.com so I can't see the second longest streak for those teams but it looks highly likely that it's never happened before.
As for my Tigers, their streak is now 130 games (as of the conclusion of the 6/3/2007 game). They're just 64 games back of the record!
