Three A's baseball

I am managing my first 8U Travel Game this friday night and i need some advise with my pitching staff.
We play 6 innings and the max a boy can pitch is 3 innings. Here is my staff in a nutshell. 1 big strong kid who throws hard for his age but is inconsistent and could probably pitch 3 innings. Then I have 3 boys who are more accurate but don't have the velocity that he does. Good for 1 inning maybe 2.
Do I go with the 3 boys and then follow up with the hard thrower or set up the rotation the other way around?
Please Help.
