ok im a sophomore on varsity right now and our regular season just finished. actually we just played our first sectional game tonight. but at the begginning ot the season i was hitting the ball well, a lot to the gaps. but ive been in a slump for a while. not an 0 for but jsut like 1-3 or 1-4 every game and all my hits dont seem to be hit as well. my coach was saying that i was pulling my head and shoulderes out so i was working on that . but now it sseems that im not keeping my weight back. i was just wondering if anyo9ne could help so i could get back in the groove for the rest of sectionals. thanks alot

Are you lunging?? This may be more of a timing and rhythm issue than a swinging issue.

i agree its nice to hit more doubles but 1 for 3 isnt bad

It must be an easy conference if 1-3 is a bad day.
